Altius Bond Fund 'recommended'
The Australian Unity Altius Bond Fund has received a 'recommended' rating from ratings house Zenith Investment Partners.
Zenith provided the rating this week, saying the fund had a strong investment team and a comprehensive risk management strategy as positives.
In its report, Zenith said: "Zenith believes the portfolio construction process to be sound and views the integration of risk management throughout the process to be a positive feature.
"Zenith likes the benchmark agnostic process of the Fund and regards the experience of [Bill] Bovingdon and the investment team as a key strength," the analysis said.
Commenting on the rating, Altius chief investment officer Bovington said it represented an endorsement of the investment team and process, and was pleasing in light of the current challenging investment environment.
Altius Asset Management is a boutique fixed interest asset management business, formed through a joint venture with Australian Unity Investments.
